Session Title: Best practices in resolving customer disputes: Tools and techniques.

One to three percent of all transactions result in a dispute. That means hundreds of millions of disputes every year which, in turn, translates into pain and frustration for both consumers and customer support. How are companies and government organizations expected to keep up with the pace of disputes?
